Partizan will play in a group B of this years Euroleague basketball competition along with such a giants as Olympiacos form Greece, Turkish Efes Pilsen, Spanish Unicaja, and Lietuvos Rytas from Lithuania. Last opponent is to be decided after qualifying stage, but more then likely it will be Benton.

There is no doubt that it is a tough group, but in Euroleague there are no easy groups or bad clubs. Partizan will have its hands full, and there are no guarantees. Making it to Top 16 will not be easy, but Partizan has done it for the last two season, and fans expect them to repeat it this year too.

During today’s ceremony coach of Partizan basketball club was chosen as the European “Coach of the year” in last Euroleague season. A big honor for our coach and a club, but not unexpected one!
